The products shown on this site are accurately described in terms of their names and quality specifications, and are listed under PRODUCTS. The product prices are expressed in EUR, and are stated for 10 kg and 25 kg packages. The only cost added to the final product price is the cost of delivery.


The ordered products are packed in 10 kg or 25 kg bags and, depending on the order and the quantity of product, which may not exceed 31 kg per package, they are additionally packed in cardboard boxes and handed over to be delivered as such. To deliver our products to addresses within the REPUBLIC OF CROATIA,  we use the services of Hrvatska posta.

On the online store website, you can also select the option to collect the goods at the Seller’s address: Slavonija slad d.o.o., Bedem 18, 35400 Nova Gradiška, Monday – Friday from 06:00-16:00.

The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the package or the pallet. The goods on pallets are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Croatia, and the Customer is required to return the pallet. Otherwise, they will be charged EUR 15.00 per pallet.

The goods are insured against loss during delivery. If after 20 days from the date of the order the Customer has not received any notification or delivery from the Seller, or the delivery service, the Customer is expected to inform the Seller of such circumstance to allow the Seller to take steps in order to find the missing shipment or send a substitute one. If the Customer fails to collect his parcel at shipping company within 5 business days, it will be returned to the Seller.


  • If the goods are delivered on pallets, the weight of a single pallet may not exceed 700 kg and its dimensions may not exceed 120×60 cm, and 180 cm in height.


The ordered goods will be delivered to your address of choice by express delivery service within 3-5 days from the date of order confirmation.

If you receive a product which differs from the one you have ordered and paid for, you have the right and obligation to inform us of the inaccurate delivery and are entitled to receive the actually ordered product, which will be delivered to you within 8 (eight) days from the date of receipt of such notice.



What if the package which has been delivered to me is damaged? Do I have to accept it?

If you notice that the package is damaged, you do not have to accept it. You may request a new package to be delivered to you. Please inform us at our e-mail address

What if I am not present at the address at the time the delivery service arrives?

If you are not present at the delivery address when the delivery service arrives, please contact the delivery service to arrange a new time of delivery using the information from the SMS message which will be sent to you in that case.

When can I expect delivery of the ordered product?

The product will be delivered to you within 3 to 8 business days after we inform you that we have received your payment (card payments).


You can pay for the ordered products, plus the cost of delivery, using the following credit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, VISA and American Express, via the WS Pay system. The order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

I chose to pay with a credit or debit card and I received an e-mail notifying me that the funds in my account have been reserved, but that the transaction has not been executed yet. What does that mean?

Until it is confirmed that the ordered product is actually available, the transaction will not be executed, i.e. no amounts will be debited from the designated card you entered at the time of purchase. Only after the administrator establishes that the product is available, he/she may authorize the transaction and debit your credit card account. In this manner, we want to make sure that we do not charge you for something that is currently not available in our web store.


You received the purchased product, but you noticed that it is damaged? Send us an e-mail with the following indication: COMPLAINT ABOUT AN ORDER (order no.) to

In case of complaint, the Customer is required to return the product to us within 5 days. The complaint will be considered valid if, after the product is inspected, it is established that it meets the preconditions for filing a complaint, as defined under the Civil Obligations Act and the Customer Protection Act. In that case, we will replace the product or refund the Customer for the entire amount paid within 15 days from the receipt of a valid complaint.

However, if we establish that the complaint is invalid, i.e. if we refuse it, you will be required to pay a postage charge in the amount of HRK 50, so that the goods could once again be shipped to your address.
